Lyrics

It's crazy to think how much lyrics, something some celebrity's do only for the money, can impact someones life in such a great / horrible way. They're just words, my friend said. I think they're more than that, they are something you can relate to to know you're not the only one who thinks / feels this way.
For example someone may be going through a 'heart break' (I put the 's because if it's a teen or someone of that age they are kind of.. uhm.. idiots when it comes to relationships & thinking they're in love and things of that nature.) or a bad divorce, they could always find a song that is their exact emotions. But does this help or does it make them feel worse now that their misery is put into words? Well, whenever I'm sad I listen to Eminem because he has had a lot of things happen to him which are similar to my life troubles, he's my idol. They did a study and found that if you listen to a lot of music all the time you are actually most likely depressed. Seems pretty accurate. I have a friend who all he ever does it listen to music, and I'm not sure if this is true or if he is simply looking for attention but constantly talks too me about his self harm etc. Music and lyrics can be bad, or good for the soul depending on who you are and your situation.
